Despite Covid 19 Epidemic, Georgia Increasingly Becoming a Seller's Market

Despite the ongoing Covid 19 epidemic and the resulitng ecomonic downturn,  the housing market in Georgia and around the US is increasingly becoming a seller's market, according to recent reports. The trend is accelerating due to continued low home mortgage interest rates and low inventory   Aware that buyers have few options, fewer home sellers are lowering the asking prices on their properties, and homes are still selling more quickly than this time last year.
