Forsyth County is Georgia's Most Expensive Housing Market

According to new data, Forsyth County is the state of Georgia's most expensive housing market with a median home price approaching $350,000.  The median home price in Atlanta is $268,000.  Forsyth is also the fastest growing county in metro Atlanta, with a population increase of 3.5% to 227,000 in 2017. Housing prices are expected to continue increasing in Forsyth County and across the rest of the Atlanta metro area as a strong economy and low inventory of new homes increase competition among homebuyers.
