Georgia Home Mortgage Interest Rates Down Slightly

Home mortgage interest rates dropped slightly in Georgia and around the country the week ending March 4th due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Average 30 year Fannie Mae home mortgage interest rates decreased from 4.15% to 4.09% for conforming home mortgages with loan amounts under $647,200 during the period.  Home mortgage loan applications rose over 8 percent in the same time period.
