Georgia Realtors Expect Housing Slowdown, But Quick Rebound

According to a recent survey of realtors in Georgia and around the US, a majority of realtors expect a housing market slowdown to continue until the Covid 19 pandemic ends. A majority of realtors say that their buyers are delaying purchasing a new home for the next few months due to the pandemic, while a similar percentage of listing agents say that sellers are delaying listing homes for the same reason. However, although many buyers are expecting price reductions in the coming months, many may be disappointed. Nearly three quarters of realtors surveyed say that their sellers have no plans to reduce their listing prices.
