Growth in Home Prices Expected to Slow in Georgia, Across US

While home prices across Georgia and many other parts of the US increased by 5.1% in November when compared to a year earlier, real estate analysts expect that December growth in home prices will be slower. Due to rising home prices and increasing mortgage rates, affordability continues to be an issue for many potential home buyers across the country. Sellers in some areas are beginning to lower their asking prices to attract more potential buyers.
