Home Mortgage Delinquency Rates Fall to Lowest Rates Since 2000

Home mortgage delinquency rates in Georgia and across the US fell to 3.45% in July, the lowest rate since 2000. The rates of serious delinquencies-- home mortgage loans 90 or more days late but not yet in foreclosure-- fell to their lowest level since 2006.

Mississippi and Louisiana had the highest rates of non-current mortgages, while Colorado and Oregon had the lowest rates of non-current home mortgage loans.
