Lower Rates, More Inventory Raise Hopes for Robust Spring Home Buying Market in Georgia, US

Home mortgage interest rates have continued to trend downward during the first months of 2019, and most market experts now believe that the Fed will not raise interest rates again until June at the earliest. With the number of homes on the market increasing in Georgia and across the country, many analysts expect a robust market once the spring home buying season begins this year. Home mortgage interest rates are at their lowest levels in over 10 months, and more homes are available on the market than last year.
