Sales of Existing Georgia Homes Down, but Prices Expected to Increase

Sales of existing homes dropped 8.5% in March in Georgia and around the country in the wake of the Covid 19 crisis, while sales of condos dropped nearly 12%. However, while sales may continue to lag in the coming months due to the ongoing pandemic, home prices are likely to continue to increase. Real estate experts say that a continuing lack of inventory will continue to boost home prices in the coming months.
