Sales of Existing Georgia Homes Down, but Prices Expected to Increase

However, while sales may continue to lag in the coming months due to the ongoing pandemic, home prices are likely to continue to increase. Real estate experts say that a continuing lack of inventory will continue to boost home prices in the coming months.
