Inventory Levels Normalizing in Georiga, Around US as Fewer Home Sell

Fewer homes sold in Georgia and around the country in November compared to last year, allowing housing inventory levels to start returning to normal levels.  November home sales were down nearly 7 percent compared to a year earlier.  While home buyers continue to deal with low inventory and affordability, sellers remain uncertain how to respond to the changing housing market.  Sellers who price their homes properly, however, continue to see quick sales.
